Actually Konk4 has a point.
Why?
The Titans tried to milk penalties all night (and they got a few vital ones too).
They got blow off the park by a much better team on the night.
I always had a soft spot for the Titan, but I lost a lost alot of respect the way they went on about mouthing off all week how they would do this and that, and they were this and that, (read what Rogers said after the game on NRL.com) while the roosters just went on with their prep. You could almost feel it that they thought the game was in the bag before kick off. This was just so Titan unlike. Carty your too blame the most, you aint so smug now are you?
The Titans big mistake was, they showed the roosters little respect during the week. They found out the hard way, that talk is cheap, maybe they'll learn from this.
Well looks like they ate "humble" didn't they.
But what really killed it for me was, Prince was one of my all time fav. players.. but no more.... He lost my vote when asked about the Carney incident.?

Well Scotty you looked fine to me after the penalty was awarded. The fact of the matter is, you didn't win, sour grapes, isn't it what you call it. I am sure if they had won, his reply would have been different.

Let's call a spade a spade. Was there any malice or intent in the Carney tackle on Prince.?? His arm hit the point of the ball and bounced up hitting Prince on the chin. A penalty was all that it warranted. How lame to put that on report.
Anyway, they got what they deserved.. 6 months off and a reminder to respect your opponents.
