I didn't have any issues with the penalty

Maybe not in isolation, but when you consider the way Matai walked off the mark by 2 metres and got the penalty earlier, it's a dud call.

These commentators need to learn the rules. Clear double movement.

No. While Vatuvei did fall off, Robertson's ball-carrying arm was still on the ground when touched by the second Warriors player. That constitutes held, therefore when he placed the ball on the line it was as clear a double movement as you can get.

The ball carying arm never went back on the ground, what game are you watching?
