Can't say I know about the other "ball throws" you're talking about, but it was quite clear that Slater took exception to Hayne diving on his back after he'd scored the try. That's poor form IMO. Hayne was never going to stop the try, he dove on Slater after he had grounded the ball. Reeks of sour grapes from Jarryd Hype.

I mixed up my last post. But when GI scored the first try last game he stood up and threw the ball at Haynes head lmao.

Not sure you could have missed it.

I did miss the Hayne flop, when qld tries were scored i took a piss lol(sorry).

But definately for a fact in the last 2 games 2 QLDers have thrown the ball into his head at full speed after a try lol.

Whether he deserved it or not still quite odd. Usually throwing a ball at someone = the blues on.

I know its Hayne and he's a merkin but imagine if 2 Blues after scoring tries both threw the ball at Petros head lol.

You can surely see my angle. I'm not attacking the actions(well, maybe a little)... But more perplexed that Hayne took it lol.

I know i'd be RAGING

That's a bit harsh. He didn't get a whole lot of opportunity to touch the ball and he made that one mistake. I wouldn't call him over-rated.

I'd say he is. He's a good player. But he's not as good as the hype.

So in that respect imo he's over rated. But still a great player.

- Watmough... people are praising Slater for his effort but I can't really share the same amount of praise. Watmough should have got that down. His arm was free when he first made contact with the ground (over the line) but was scared of putting it out with one hand and losing it. Baffling.
Yeah I agree. Slater did well but what Watmough needed to do was switch the ball into his right arm and he would have scored comfortably.

How are Sam "132nd man in" Thaiday and David "cheapshots" Shillington/Taylor any worse than Luke "Drop him in his head" o'Donnell and Paul "Lead with the forearm, grab his nuts, call him a black merkin" Gallen? Not to mention Ennis' cheapshots on Myles or the countless cases of extra attention to the face in the tackle.

IMO it was a situation where technicallity is over exagerated.

For me it came down to adrenaline and will. Slater had more. Watmough I imagine so the opening and thought it was a walk in.

Of course this is just my opinion, but i do believe that situation was alot more will than skill or technical ability(ala switching ball hands)

They're not. No difference.

TBH I think the only difference is the QLDers think their sh*t doesn't stink.

Where as the NSW boys know some of their stuff is rough house.

How many Blues in the media have pissed and moaned about the QLDers grubby tactics?

You have the Maroons whinging about Weyman grabbing Thaidays hair when falling in a tackle. But, here's whats funny... How many Blues coaches and figures complained about Petero pulling Idris hair in the tackle?

Even when QLDers win they're sulks.

SMH. Try scored at 79:50, and game ends straight after the kick.

Absolute bullsh*t. Was another minute to be played. NSW were robbed of a victory and/or a final biff.

League needs to change the rules. Clock should stop after a try, i thought that was always the case?

seriously, are you f**king blind drunk???

Good Origin game, I enjoyed it much more than the first two. It was a competition until close to the end. I thought Mannah was impressive, & grub though he is Gallen did a lot for the Blues. The big Phil Gould reversal I noticed tonight was that early in the second half he was saying the Blues had to exercise patience rather than going for big plays (ie Jennings chip near the tryline). Then after the Bird try from an early tackle count grubber he's bellowing how the players have to back themselves. I actually watched most of the game with the sound muted to spare myself from that sort of blabber.

Gee Whiz Frank,

I agree with what you are saying, but Slater is the worst in the league for that type of play.

He thoroughly deserve what he received and much more.

Piss Ennis and the dragon players off and we'll be right. Why Myles gets away with two tomohawks and a swipe to the head I'll never know, but in that position Ennis should know better.

Do you have any idea about Rugby League?

Methinks not.
