Well I'm not sure what to say about that. For 78mins Souths looked like they were going to win but didn't.

Manly were very scratchy and coughed up possession so many times it was very frustrating to watch. Much of that was just a continuation of the past month. Once Lyon went off and Matai became a passenger they lost all shape.

I've stuck up for Bailey but no more, he's was woeful. Too slow and not creative enough to do anymore than hit the ball up.

Souths on the other hand looked quite good. Plenty of speed and ball movement.... and Sandow, Luke and Sutton were dangerous everytime they touched the ball. Which begs the question how did they lose?

Manly did well to hang in and give themselves a chance of winning particularly with the injuries they had and I just hope this is win gives them the confidence they've lacked for the last few weeks.

The Panthers will be very tough next week but after tonight's win there a chance.

I actually thought it was a pretty good game of footy.

I think Souths believed they were home though and relaxed just a few minutes too early.
Still think they are 2 of the better sides in the comp.

Bloody Souths. Unlike most Saints fans, I don't hate the Bunnies. I quite like them in fact, and would like to see them do well. Certainly much more than I like seeing Manly do well. But geez I'm glad I don't support them. It'd be like taking my years of frustration from being a Steelers/Saints fan and multiplying it by 10. How do you Bunnies fans cope?
