pretty sure it was called held well before he put it on the line.

He did call held, but then Gibbs came in after the held call and hit him towards the try line. Its a clear penalty which has cost the Sharks the game. Robinson MUST be held accountable for this.

An awful display by Robinson and Suttor AGAIN.

Definite no try BUT definite penalty to the Sharks. Penalty there and the Sharks were a big big chance.
Refs cost the Sharks big time there....it was a howler of a decision. You can hear him call held well before Gibbs comes in and hits him.

That is an embarrassment for rugby league, Finch will again find some crap reason to defend the ref's but that was completely one sided, and the wrong side won!
Robinson has to go!

We scored 5 tries. They scored 4. We should have won, but it was close due to goalkicking. Be glad it was even close.

Disgrace.

Disgrace.

Disgrace.

But what will happen? Nothing. Its the Sharks. Were never meant to win anyway so there will be no backlash. We can't afford to lose our sh*t in fear of a 10k fine either.

Disgraceful that a team can cop so much from the same two merkins again and again and again.

I'm going to go as far as saying that I don't think the tackle WAS complete. All players were still sturggling AND there was still movement.

Either way, Robinson farked it up by:
a) calling held
b) not penalising the Tigpies for going on with the tackle after he called held

This is deadset the worst refereeing performance I have seen, almost the worst ever I could say. That No Try against the Sharks, was fair, but only because the ref had called held at least twice before it happened. But deadset, where was the penalty for Gibbs taking as long as he likes to finish off the tackle that long after held was called! And Snowdens Scrum and High Tackle, Mouthing off penalties, wtf!?

I don't care how hard the ref's job is, when you're getting the most basic calls wrong, you don't deserve to have anyone defending you or giving you any respect.

That was a nightmare of Classic Robinson refereeing for sharks fans. If Finch and Harrigan had any clue about their job they would drop both of those no-clue ref's to park footy for a few weeks, Barrett kept a great account of himself in the face of such frustrating and disgraceful refereeing!

(I feel dirty now after defending the Sharks in the face of another loss... ~shudders~).

*also, can't believe the Fox Sports boys are finally talking some sense about the poor standards of refereeing. Only took 'em a year or so!

F**king atrocious refereeing by Robinson and not much better by Suttor. I know Sharks are considered no hopers but that doesn't mean the refs have to be against them in every 50/50 call and even more blatant calls like the Pommeroy/Gibbs incident.

The Sharks were robbed. Tigers lost that game due to poor goal line defense and bomb defusal. Sharks weren't good, but the Tigers were worse and as such the Sharks should have the 2 points.

Unfortunately that will be no consolation to their poor fans.
