By the way , good win by the boys , 7 from 8 , 4 in a row.

The '91 Raiders won 7 straight to make the Grand Final (only to be beaten), every one of them must-win games. They didn't enter the top 5 at any stage of the season until after the 2nd last round.

This side would have to eclipse that feat to make the decider. And without Meninga, Daley, Stuart, Clyde, Belcher, Lazarus, etc etc.

This was the last time the Broncos missed the finals. I think the Broncos next week will be one very tough assignment.

Jarrod Croker has been super impressive lately. Probably the form centre of the NRL.

Against the Cowboys he ran for 195m, 3 line breaks, 3 try assists, 3 line break assists and 7 tackle breaks.

The combination between Campese and Croker has really bloomed the last few weeks and it's been tremendous to watch.
