Dragons should get home. Soward, Boyd and (maybe Hunt) playing to show the selectors what they're missing. Dragons by 13+

Dragons by 6, this would have been a cracker if it was sometime other than rep season, that said it'll still be a good game.

Every year the Dragons game is the one that worries me the most. This will be one tough game! The two teams that have to play Manly/Dragons the week after will be licking their lips.
Parramatta (Manly) and Canterbury (Saints) - both coming off byes too
Who could forget, Ben Roberts named at 5/8.
Ben Rogers :)

Got to tip my hat to the guys that do the NRL schedule. I mean seriously...both sides were always going to have players in the rep teams and ontop of injuries...genious. Anyway I'm predicting a close game that could go down to the wire. I'm hoping that we'll have a little more gas considering we played the Sharks last week and we have a few less players backing up.

Saints 24
Manly 18

MOM: Boyd.

David Williams and George Rose should be playing this week which should give us more depth.

All I could ask for this game is that Our F/A doesnt take too much of a beating

Where did you hear these two would be available, hope its true, big George would be a awesome in...

The NRL got it right, it definately makes more sense that Cronulla and Canberra got the byes this weekend.

Exactly the same as last year for Saints / Dogs.
Basically all of Saints squad played 3 or 4 games in 12 days, Dogs had the bye before playing us at Kogarah.
Nice to see the draw worked in the Dogs favour again with this scheduling.

Yes correct.
Saints had 9 players out that day, due to Origin and injury.
I think Manly had 5 or 6 out for the same reasons.
It was down at Wollongong on a Sunday afternoon.

Didn't you "win" last year?

Smashed us last year. Dragons have great depth and seem to cope better than Manly when missing key players. We rely heavily on the likes of Watmough, Lyon. and co whereas the Dragons seem to play more of a team game and not rely so much on 1 or 2 players. This time around we should both have all players on deck, they will just be a little tired. Still like the Dragons in this one, however not by as big a margin as last year.

Should be a good match, if Manly didn't lose 2 weeks ago you probably could give them favourites for this match being at home. But Dragons have been consistently good so hard to tip against that.
