If you go into Commish Options there should be an option there to "Clear all non-keepers". Once you do that all non-keepers will become free agents.

If you then go into the draft tab and go into player rankings, click on the tab to remove all keepers from the rankings and that should give you a rankings list of all available players. You can then copy and paste that into this thread to track available players.
