regular keeper draft. 3 keepers...but the keepers you choose...you lose the round they were picked in the next year.

i.e. I picked up Arian Foster in round 15 last year....I keep him, I lose that pick.

That way there is always talent there...only 3 keepers and lets you keep value players and get rid of 1st round busts.
