Cowboys survived barely there still a lot of work to do but it's beat 2010 by a mile defense it a bit better but let it the softest tries and some silly errors by Bani in particular. Just take the tackle Bani since your the easy target to get push into touch and he was numerous times but he did score a try so that was a constellation to him. Just need to cut out the penalties and a be smart the entire 80 mins and stop lapsing into silly decisions every now and again.

Overall, I'm happy for the win but it a long way to go.

Firstly well done to the Cowboys, that win should do them the world of good and they should go on with it.

Broncos were disappointing, too flat, bad defence and not enough respect in the ruck hurt them dearly. Still showed enough not to write them off early but they're going to have to work on that if they're going to be a chance.

The return of Hannant should do wonders.

One very proud cowboys fan here. Scrappy but the difference in attitude is there for all to see, they were all out in their feet at the end but they just kept trying. Our forwards were immense, they just toiled unlike the packs of the last 3 years where they wanted to be flashy and not do the hard yards. If they can get some confidence, some combos and keep this sort of determination up, we will be alright this year. All we want up here is a team that has a go, we got that tonight. Not having the likes of Webb come on and ruin any momentum with a boneheaded play was refreshing, i will stand by my comments that we are better off without him and tonight was proof of this.

Very proud at the moment, beating Brisbane any way is always great in mymbook ;-)

A win againist the Broncos is a sweet victory in particular at Suncorp to savor but it be back to reality soon enough with the Knights next week I be at the game and with the determination, grit and grinding the Cowboys show tonight we could have a good 2011 it would beat 2010 for sure.Hope the boys carry the positive attitude and momentum into weeks to the Cowboys have great potential to be a major force in 2011.

Ashton Sims can be such a good player at times. Also liked Dallas Johnson plugging the holes in the middle, he always trails behind just in case.
Good win by the Cowboys, hopefully it's a sign of things to come.

Hopefully we get to see Tariq next week now that Bolton is injured. That kid is going to be something special, I don't know if many people have seen him play but just watch, he is a weapon.
