Was that parra penalty for the warriors taking out a decoy runner?

If so that's the 2nd penalty already for that in the 3 games played, an frankly it is an absolute disgrace.

It's also completely at odds with the supposed new obstruction rules.

As it stands now a decoy runner can knock over a defender, but providing that defender was unlikely to be able to make a tackle on that play, it's all good. However as a defender you cannot knock down a decoy runner, regardless of his likelihood to have any chance of receiving the ball

It's a completely unfair advantage to he straight team and basically takes any responsibilty off of offside decoy runners to avoid collision with the defensive line

Was a hell of alot cleaner shot than the two Manu had put on Hayne after he was already tackled.

Was nothing illegal in it.

A bit frustrated by a few decisions, but the Eels deserve to be up by 14. They look like they are playing to a plan and are much better so far than I expected them to be
