TBH I think a loss against the sharks would be the best thing for them.

coming 4th or 5th makes no difference, and a loss against lesser opposition will teach them to not take things for granted. They had a late loss in their run towards the premiership in 2005 which helped them to no end

2 late losses in fact and you could be right.

Though Tigers are more than good enough to handle warriors/dragons in week 1. Tigers will lift when they have to.

Makes no difference? You crazy? Coming 5th could mean facing NZ in NZ...

Poor game, but blowing the margin away at the death helps the f/a, and pretty much secures 4th spot should we win next week. Hopefully we put in a better performance against the Sharks heading into the semis.

Heighington, you sorry piece of crap! You may have cost me a place in the SC final because of that try. :fist:

Tigers did what they needed to do and not much more. The scoreline is actually pretty good for how shit they played.

I reckon they have at least another 2-3 gears... and im pretty confident they should be able to lift accordingly in the first week. Lets just hope its against the dragons at sfs...

i'm not a tigers fan but if I was, it'd be convenient to see them play a top 8 side in the last week or 2nd last week of the home and away season instead of playing the likes of parramatta, penrith, gold coast and cronulla in the lead up to the finals

at least they'd know where they're at, the only gauge they got right now is the amount they spank the opposition by but having said that, cronulla is a danger game considering they were very competitive at times against the cowboys
