Lol, Pearce isn't a shoe in. He steps up in rep matches and while having Anasta alongside him at club level doesn't help, he lacks instinct and creativity and you need that in origin, having Carney alongside him will make that less of an issue


Pearce works hard and he's always on the ball and that's why he pulls off some great passes and kicks, his mind is always on the job. But he will never be a natural halfback.

Buderus is a much better option than Ennis and Farrah imo. Farrah rubs players the wrong way, Ennis never goes well in Origin and concedes too many penalties. Hinchcliffe isn't ready to be starting hooker.
