Kickers can run players onside who are either standing still or retreating. Norrie did neither. Norrie was inside the ten when the kick happened and contested the ball. Unless the video ref said that the Raiders played at the ball and put him onside as a result (not 100% on that rule).
Assuming the ball wasn't deemed to be played at it's 100% no try.
That was a discracefull video ref' decicion. Bryan Norrie was clearly in front of the kicker and then contested the ball. Whats the point of having video ref's when they dish up crap like that?Thought one of the Storm props was in front of the kicker and then got involved in the play...
