No Princess - you must have been watching a different game - or through the usual blue/black/white goggles - as for the penalties that weren't given - I pose the question = were your team of losers that perfect that NO penalties should have been given against them - and it aint a dead horse either - thats what your screwing ! uppercut - wow - is that with the 'q' button - 'z' button - space bar or what ? and as for your so called 'dodgy' double movement call - you CANNOT promote the football in any way - if he didnt REACH - even that few inches - fair and square - but he did - so DOUBLE MOVEMENT - resentment - who cares - ask manly fans - winners are grinners and losers can do what they please - go check your trophy cabinet - what do you'se want this week another apology from Bill - all your carry on is just an actual realisation that your team still sucks - and trial form doesnt carry into competition form
Newcastle fans. The illiterate douchebags of the NRL. You make Bunniesman seem like a professor of the written word.
But at the same time you are right Jobdog, You won, we lost The scoreboard says 18-6 and the dodgy calls that once again plagues a cronulla season as much as their shitty errors is brushed under the carpet because "Its Cronulla"

Still doesnt change the fact youre a bunch of pathetic blind merkins and the new blight of this forum.
But hey, Go nuts.

good win for the knights, i look forward to seeing them play a contender

the sharks arent and the saints beat them without being near their best. Bigger tests come for the bennett-tinkler knights

I thought you COULD promote the ball if there was still momentum in the tackle? Someone clear that up for us please?

Do we want an apology from Bill? f**k no. We want him to fix the bloody diabolical bullshit his refs keep dishing up week after week (and our team to hold onto the football).

I think the "momentum" rule is confusing a lot of people (including players), because the interpretation has changed a number of times over the years. Currently, the only way to avoid a penalty for double movement if the try scorer extends their arms, is if they would have scored anyway without the arm extension. I think its a stupid rule, but by that rule Bakuya's no try call was right.

The Sau try is anyone's guess...

The main story though is the team that made 6 line breaks to 1, 19 offloads to 9, and 31 tackle breaks to 8, missed only 8 tackles compared to 29, and ran for 243 more metres, still managed to only score a dodgy try in the last minute of the game.

I think the Knights scramble defense and edge defense on the line was outstanding, but they won't win many games that they miss 29 tackles to 8, and concede 5 extra line breaks, so I doubt they will be completely happy.

The Sharks are the most frustrating team to support- our catching of kicks, in defense and attack, has been woeful for years and remained so today. Newcastle got in 1 dodgy kick on our line and still scored off it (plus one to Carney who nearly broke them open from his catch), but the Sharks kicks were very rarely contested by our backs.

And if we ever dream of spreading the ball it is almost a given that one of our backs will drop it.

Seriously, we nearly did enough to win 3 games, but instead, through inept backs, we showed that we could make attacking kicks and line breaks every few minutes with no hope of a positive result.

I thought the forwards and halves for the Sharks were good, but the backs are barely reserve standard.

Good post, needs more rage though.
The Sharkies blew it themselves, the refs just assisted.

I really dont think any sharks fan disagrees.
But the rage is understandable. Most of us are sick of our shitty displays and the refs being atrocious.

I AINT blind dickhead - I witnessed the red and blue colours win over the black/blue/white personally on my tele - how can I possibly be blind - I even just looked at the NRL table and saw that we are on 2 competition points - how can I be blind if I saw that sort of stuff- tell me!

You know the saying? Jealousy is a curse.

But if you want to support a decent team, there's still room on the Knights bandwagon for disillusioned supporters such as yourself. Be quick though, these seats won't last!
