:lol: the 7 day turnarounds argument is proof you're just having a sook. In reality there's a few teams that regularly get the same timeslot week after week. The butthurt surrounding that section of Brisbane's situation is hilarious.

f**k humility. When the manly fans were down in the pits not so long ago everyone was feeding it to them and now that the team has come relatively good again they just want to give it back. Let them. But when the time comes, there will be no mercy for their toothless souls. Once they they are back in the pits where they rightfully belong, every one will be more than happy to shit in that pit until they are drowning in our faeces. Sucking it deep insidetheir lungs, digesting it in their guts and when it sweats out of their pours then they will become complete.

History shows that when Manly do fall to the bottom of the heap (though never all the way, no spoon in 65 years) they don't stay there long. 2 GFs in the '00s, 3 in the '90s, 3 in the '80s and 4 in the '70s suggests success is never far away.

As for the 7 day turnaround. That doesn't particularly bother me, average teams will get shown up as average after a while no matter how many leg-ups they're given. What does annoy me is the extra exposure they're given and then inbred derplanders turn around and claim their financial success is because of their superior board and/or marketing team. Clubs like Cronulla and Canberra struggle to obtain major sponsors and fans of wealthy clubs like Brisbane seem to believe that it is completely the club's fault. Seriously with the exposure the Broncos get, a club run but a chimp riding a donkey could sign up enough sponsors to keep the club running in the black.
