Us Dragons fans seem to think he goes alright.
As a player he's a solid first grade five eighth without being origin material. But on a personal level he seems to be one of those rare players who manages to inspire almost universal dislike (and in some cases even hatred) from everyone who isn't a fan of the team he plays for.

For me it's the fact that he carries on like a wanker with that kicking routine even when he's kicking from straight infront. That proves it isn't a necessary routine to help him kick well and it's just arrogant show boating.

And as well as that he has one of the most slappable faces in the history of slappable faces.

Really? He was alright in his first few seasons with the Dragons but he's very inconsistent and he rarely steps up when you guys need it.

I suggest you look at how many field goal winners he's slotted for us. Or compare his numbers week to week, they are almost identical every game of the season.

He's not a gamebreaker player that turns a game on it's head when you're down by 10, but when you're tied up, there is no one better in the game at finishing it. For the last 4 years he's been one of our most consistent.

If Creagh is picked for origin, sticky is a complete FW

agree, unless he realy steps up in the next few weeks. would rather t sims or t rex.

soward hasn't been playing the best in the last few games but is a top player.

pearce better not be playing origin, wallace & others have been heaps better!

Once again BunniesMan vindicates all views that he's a androtop, he dislikes a player because of his face.

"Slappable"? Men don't slap, you pussy!

The halves should be
7. Soward
6. Carney

But NSW can't pick teams to save their life. Mullen hasn't been anything special this season and he doesn't have the form on the board from previous seasons (well in the last 3 years anyway). To be honest though, origin is a pretty dead concept to me, it's been a boys club for way too long. Doesn't matter how good you play, it's all about who you know or how much the media want to talk you up.

If they do that can Carney please be kicker. Can't stand the ballerina act

He changed his kicking routine at the roosters, his conversion rate improved by about 10% when he changed it. If you think it's showboating, that's fair enough. However every player has their own routine, some just grind opposition fans more than others. It's all about clearing your head before booting it over the posts, something that may work for someone, won't work for someone else.

The rest of your post just proves you're an idiot.

Merge should be up by 20+. One thing they've lost with Bennett gone is the killer instinct to put these sorts of games away.

There is no way someone would show boat like that!

I was referring to the fact that he is not a gamebreaker when I said he doesn't stand up when is needed, but I can see your point.Guess I just always had high expectations of him, I was a big fan of him when he played for us in the lower grades, but he never really was able to control games in first grade like he used in the lower grades.

Most good coaches teach you to always have a routine whether it be golf, tennis, goal kicking etc.

It teaches muscle memory and calms you down.

Im indifferent about Soward to be honest.

I wouldn't be a fan of it but I'd understand his idiosyncrasies if he only did it during kicks that you can't make with your eyes closed.

But when he prances around for kicks from right infront or close to it, it becomes obvious he's an attention seeker.

I don't care what a kicker does for the ones further wide but for the ones infront he should take 3 steps back, calmly go towards the ball and SIMPLY slot it over.

Vidot has been in first grade for years, how can you not know how to pronounce his name?

The lack of preparation these idiots do is infuriating.

I bet if he played for 50uff$ you'd have your tissues and lube at the ready and be fapping like there's no tomorrow.

Whilst the ballerina thing is ultimate androtropry complaining about him doing it for every kick is ridiculous, it's a psychological thing, routine is very important to a player's mindset during a game.

You don't f**k with an athlete's routine, ever.
