2. He would have been able to make an effort.

Therefore, a clearcut obstruction.

These 2 refs have been hopeless today in calling 14 penalties in under an hour and now the video ref is a moron.

Tim Moltzen had every opportunity to make a tackle there. He decided not to bother and instead throw his hands up in the air. I'm happy with that call.
