Really happy with the effort from the tigers. Missing a million players and having 3 blokes who aren't even in our top 25 playing we were always going to be up against it.

Saints were the better team, they looked more composed and their attack flowed much better which was to be expected. But all Lawrence and/or Ayshford have to do is hold the ball and we probably win

Week off couldn't come at a better time, hopefully we get a few players back in a fortnight.

Tigers put in 2 gutsy efforts in a row,as long as the players are putting in 100% then that's all that fans can ask for

Exactly mate. 2013 isn't purely about results for me. We certainly don't have a squad to challenge for the title, fringe top 8 at best, so It's about a change of attitude in the club. The losses to Newcastle and manly were terrible because I felt the effort wasn't there. The last 2 weeks have been more encouraging.

I underestimated St George. While they're not a premiership contender nor are they a cellar-dweller. It was a gritty performance.

The Tigers were always going to struggle without Marshall. As badly as he's been playing this year he's still the most likely to set up a try. On a positive note, the Tigers made a lot of metres through the forwards which was partly down to the warm conditions and opposition fatigue but it also reflects a massive improvement since last year in that respect. There were some good signs for the future.

Oh and tedesco simply has to be our full time fullback, he is absolute class and miles ahead of Moltzen. Sadly Lawrence needs to go aswell.

Some what confident of the Dragons winning. I think it'll be close with a fairly low score line, 16-10 or something similar
Wasn't too far off.
Cheering we got another win today, had me worried at the end but we got away with it.

Vic what the f*ck is going on with Lawrence? He had that terrible hip injury, but he has been terrible

No idea mate, he is putting in but he looks like a 55 year old out there. It's so sad to see, he should be a bloke who finishes his career with 15 origins, but it's becoming evident that isn't going to happen.

Lawrence could probably do with a stint in reserve grade to get a bit of confidence back really, had a shocker today.

I enjoyed the game, wasnt the best but wasnt the worst. Mitch Rein seems to have regressed a bit this year as well, at least with ball in hand. The amount of forward passes he through and slow delivery has to be a concern.

Aaron Woods is a really, really good front rower and he and Merrin should be in the NSW side this year

Both teams seemed to struggle with the SCG's different alignment to other grounds plus the special footies took some getting used to. Soward's bad goalkicking nearly cost the Dragons the win.

There were bombed chances by the 2 sides & it was more like round 1 with all the errors ( especially first half )

Tamou and these 2 should put nsw in good stead come origin time.

I haven't seen the stats but I thought woods slightly out pointed Merrin today, which is a fair effort as Merrins pretty much the the form forward of the comp IMO

Dissapointing game from a WT perspective.

Looks like we are losing Buchanan to a fractured eye socket from a unpenalised illegal shot late in the game to boot along with Anasta, Farah and Woods all having scans tomorrow.

Happy with Sue and Spence on debut considering the scale of our forwards injuries.

Heritage round or not the decision to play in black jerseys on a warm Sunday in April is geniused.

Lawrence is done as a NRL standard player. Has been since late last year

Lucky to get away with a win from that one, was a stressful match to watch. But it was still a solid effort to hold out a tigers side with a ton of momentum. (Anasta going off injured was the final nail in the tigers coffin)

From the Tigers,Woods really impressed me today it's just endless quality hit up's from him.

From the Dragons, Soward really stood up and regained the attacking form we all knew he could produce, Merrin was solid too.

Question. Did Soward go there with Robbie Farah in terms of what he said? Tried to apologise like he knew he crossed a line
