I don't get it.

You're telling me Merrin isn't merely a good footballer, he's a star?

He certainly stands out a lot more with the way the saints are going this season but he's one of the game's elite forwards now imo. Consistently bends the line, great offload, high workrate and bloody good foot-work for a big man. I'm looking forward to him stepping up for NSW this series and showing his capabilities at the highest level.

Once again, we mostly took low percentage options in the opposition 20. Our passing is anything but crisp and our shape is terrible. One out hitups are never going to question the defence if we can't get bend the line or get quick POTB's. We rarely support the ball carrier. When our playmakers do get the ball they go sideways too often. Surely Price doesn't coach them to do this!

I really feel sorry for the toilers in our team because they deserve more reward for the effort they put in. This is just another frustrating game as a Saints supporter in 2013.

Just don't get why Barba didn't just step over him. Why? If you want to hurt someone then have a go. Lazy effort really.

It wasn't lazy, he had to make a split second decision to jump over him or fall on him. He made the wrong decision and we paid the penalty.

The report will be worthless, the MRC won't charge him.

Are you blind?

He is in the top 5 in the league for fleetfootedness & you think he couldn't have easily avoided that.

It's a grade 1.

lolwut ? Split second decision ? Sam Kasiano could have eaten a big mac with the amount of time Barba had to avoid the incident.

It was a massive derp on Barba's part.

I'm defending the ridiculous notion that people think he deliberately did it. FMD
