What the fk were the refs up to there at the end? Clear Dogs knock on ignored and then let them play on after 80? Awful refereeing all game IMO.

Both teams played pretty rubbish, so I'm happy to take the 2 points and get the hell out of there TBH.

Looking at the remaining games of the draw, i see really only 9 teams left in the running for the 8... and i recon the dogs might end up being the the odd ones out

It was a gritty game. Gives me confidence we do have the potential to travel to Penrith, Cronulla, Townsville and Brisbane in the home stretch of the season and get a result.

IMO, the only teams you can cross off as safe are Souths, Easts and Storm. The top 8 is really going to come down to +/-. Thankfully we got those handful of smashings.

Not going to write the Dogs off yet. You're missing two work horses in Kasiano and Eastwood who would have had a big impact on your attack and certainly would have been useful in those final minutes on our line. You also have a really good run home.
