Pretty much as I thought, the tigers were just disgustingly garbage last week, even Canberra would have beat them. Newcastle still aren't that good.

Newcastle need a serious attitude adjustment. All that talent in that side, with Bennett as coach and they're being kept scoreless. Such a lazy squad. Darius has had a shocker tonight.

You are very much under the radar as far as dumb as dog shit posters go. Keep it up, I love reading your posts in this forum.

Well done Manly, justs proves if you defend and don't give up 70% of the ball you will go all right,Manly proved that the Knights are not that good, the tigers were just terrible in defence and had no ball.

Another butthurt fan suffering a case of the goggles. Were you not watching Boyd, Gidley, Uate and Costigan tonight? They looked like they wanted to go home.

Well played by Manly today. There are days when your hands will just let you down but if you show up with the right attitude you can still win big. Newcastle didn't help their cause though. I think they'll bounce back and will be playing finals football this year.

I thought our attack was rather poor tonight.how did we score 32 points? Big effort on defense very happy with that.
On Newcastle, Jeremy smith and Scott add alot to there team. Great buys. Mason troubled us early till he got injured. Now, I don't want to upset the gidley fan club but I can't see Newcastle winning a comp with him in The halves. He stiffled so much tonight.

Ps can someone buy David gower some industrial strength adhesive!

Tbh, I shouldn't have been confident haha. Every year, there's two certainties; we're going to leave with injuries and we're going to lose. No matter the side, it's just not our place. Like St George and Canberra.

I'm not going to complain, doubt our ability and our contendership this year. Manly are hard to beat at home so if we struggle like we did tonight against the Cowboys, then I'll be concerned but even then, we're two rounds in.

Still funny to see people write us off after one ass handing.

No, clearly they all had amazingly awesome games, as evidenced by the 32 - 0 defeat. You are very stupid.

Bennett should cut his losses and leave Newcastle. They're a talent filled team that is going nowhere.

It's Round 2 you f**king moron

As far as starting 13 go, manly are still in the top 2 in the comp IMO

Their test will be when injuries start to hit, they do seem to have lost a lot depth this year.

Exactly. It's very easy for a poor result like today to be well forgotten by seasons end.

This team has had an entire season + 2 games to start playing consistent footy. I'm not entirely sure what it is they can do to improve at this point without dropping players and starting again.
