As has been mentioned by some others in the last few days, I feel sorry for the titans - 2 weeks in a row they are coming up against a team that is angry and wants to prove a point, and in rugby league that means they will win no matter who they are or who they are playing.

Take the very generous money on offer for the raiders this week.

Those odds are way more generous now if you still want to get on.

It was a bit of a big call. The Raiders were a different side after Toddles left. Not as talented but pretty mentally strong. This current Raiders side has to be put up in hotels before home matches "for some unknown reason" (the reason is they probably end up staying up all night playing video games if they are allowed to sit at their own homes). So there really isn't that mental toughness at the club that there was back then.

Titans have never really been great at finishing off big scoring first halves. Wouldn't surprise me if the Raiders "win" the half.


Then again maybe the new half pairing will change that.
