Benji's conversion was pretty dam good tonight - could tell he's been practising in anticipation for his rugby move

I really.....really hate the slowness of the play the ball from players in the final moments. Even when we do it.

Hmmm... if Marshall's kick went directly over the upright it should have been ruled a miss. Could have been a crucial call.

Having read nothing bar Skeepe's post above:

Mullaney looked sharp in attack all half so far, and he's just scored that first try.

He's got a head it seems, not the most athletic but knows where to run.

Again on Mullaney, seems to know where to attack.

as of the 28th minute (tigers try) he's been the best attacking asset to the eels. Inserts himself like a fullback, not a winger!

His defence is lacking though.

He's been rubbish for most of the year when he's played. When Hayne is there he looks like a different player

 I'll believe that.

Tbh after watching 40 minutes I was surprised to learn he was a winger. He looked pretty involved. Hayne makes most backs look worse tbf.

Just my observations in the first 40. He did a lot of individual plays that were impressive.

2nd 40 that one man stuff was absent from both sides (from just one player at least).

Our backline had a roaming ability tonight and guys like Roberts and mullaney who have good pace roaming is dangerous but can also cost us.

Having Hayne back helped 100% I'd like to see him at 6 for the remainder of the year
