Remember who was reporting all those stories on Carney? It was Cronulla's number 1 supporter in the media, Slothfield. When he signed with Cronulla, suddenly all those type of stories dried up.

It is 100% fact. The media led by Rothfield were stalking him in 2011 and the only reason it has stopped is because Rothfield is a Cronulla fan.

You guys can take the moral high ground of ?treating him like a human? all you want but the fact is he is no longer a major story due to agenda. If he was at any other club he would be.

Rothfield himself has cynically replied and just about suggested as such when questioned on his blog.

i'll say this once and once only - slothfield is a merkin of the highest order and the vast majority of sharks fans would like him to hand in his membership and f**k off back to geniusia(or where ever he's from) and never again sully league with his shit-filled scribblings.

Guys you've read me wrong. I am in no way putting any blame on Cronulla. It's not your fault that Slothfield picked your team to support. The hounding is solely his fault.

We know that the majority of Sharks fans feel the same way. We are just pointing out why carney is nto targeted by the media anymore. No one is suggesting it is any more or less than one lunatic?s agenda. The club has nothing to do with it.

In the interests of making sure the Roosters don't gain any advantage by conceding penalties this match, Cronulla should be equally or more heavily penalised so as to ensure a level playing field.

Spot on there.

We haven't been put under the pump for a while now. The Sharkies have a knack for hanging tough in games and somehow when all seems lost they get up. Last weeks game against the Dragons, a case in point. If Cronulla can hold the pill and get off to a flyer and put 3 tries on us it would be interesting to see how we handle chasing some sort of lead.

Should be a great game.

In Easts we trust.

I'd suggest removing your shoes to help you count but twenty four is still way below the number you need to reach.
