Both teams were poo, both refs were poo, and just an all round forgettable/unwatchable game.

Bring on next week, can't get any worse.

That was seriously awful.

Maloney was probably the standout.

Did the Broncos learn how to attack from the Dragons last week? They sure outdid them...
Anthony Griffin was probably impressed by the Dragons efforts and spent the week learning how to better it.

Brisbane made 25 missed tackles to the Roosters 19... A pretty amazing stat when you look at how much more defence we had to do. An awesome effort and equally amazing ineptness by Brisbane.

I'm simply happy to grab the two points and forget about that game but Brisbane fans must be pissed at the effort of their team.

Broncos were rorted, Roosters got away with all the tactics in the ruck tonight. I don't even recall a single penalty against slowing the play-the-ball. Absolute joke. Get out there and support your team! Even if they are getting rorted by the Refs. Yeah

We will hopefully be great later in the season. You get the feeling they still aren't entirely confident in attack together but once SBW, Jennings etc settle in then watch out. Ahh what a bizarre, inept game.

But but but I thought SBW's body wouldn't be able to handle a return to the NRL.

What a machine. Will only improve and looks set to make the haters eat humble pie all season.

Brisbane - no timing, atttackers standing in front of the men with the ball or too flat. You have to win with the team statistics they had tonight.

What about the 8 - 1 thriller at Kogarah?

Yeah but that game was played in pissing down driving rain and looked like heading to a Nil all draw.

James Maloney scoring all of the Roosters point. I'm sure he'll have a BBQ to celebrate

I didn't watch this game but knew it would be a dogs breakfast. The broncos are going to break all sorts of records for being the least creative team in history under Griffin.

Still an absolute turd of a human being. Fits in at the Roosters tbqh.

Would love to see a non front on replay of that Roosters try.

I was at the game and my first response was "f**k me, that pass was a mile forward, how did they miss that?"

They showed a front on replay, still looked forward
Then they showed a side on replay and the pass actually went backwards.
You could have knocked me over with a feather. I didn't think it was close to being legal and yet it was. Great hand by SBW and great hole running by Maloney.

I can 100% understand anyone thinking it was forward, but from the view on replay at the ground from side on - it was fine.

Oh - I can't ever remember such a low scoring game in the dry. Piss poor game tbh, but happy we held a team to nil. Brisbane were poor, but they still put 13+ on the Dragons last week so a zero scoreline against is really bloody pleasing, even if the Broncos were utter gash.

Storm did win 4-2 but it was a better game than the crap served up tonight...more dropped balls than a boys choir and Prince went MIA again.

I started stabbing forks into my eyeballs at about the 50th minute mark. That game was an absolute skid mark on the underpants of this weekend of footy and I'm confident that I won't see a more boring game in my f**king lifetime.

Griffin should be fired, re-hired, fired again and then fired out of a cannon into a fire.
