Souths destroyed the Dogs today. They completely monstered them.

Their pack was ultimately too much to handle for the young fellas like Taupau, Klemmer and Finucane. Ennis was also a big loss.

Graham and Kasiano, especially with his size, will make an enormous difference to the Dogs. They'll be fine; but the Rabbits are second behind the Storm atm.

Crazy that there were only 5 points in it, and when you consider the Merritt try which came from a blatant strip you'd have a right to be aggrieved if you were a Dogs fan IMO.

Still, better team won. Dogs attack was aimless.

I think we were just too tired from all the defending, in part to some great kicks from Reynolds and some poor calls from Hayne. The last try was a nice little bonus though.

Barba was ordinary by his own standards. Looked out on his feet at times. However the Dogs were on the back foot for 60 minutes, there forwards got destroyed.

I think this game showed the Rabbitohs are able to play for 80 minutes. I don't think this automatically makes them number 2. Manly would have something to say about that. The Bulldogs had Barba who was off the pace, Ennis out mid game, Pritchard first game back. For all of that if Barbas pass to Morris was okay then things could have been different.

Long way to go but the Rabbitohs look better than they did last year and the Dogs are plodding along but you don't win competitions in March and have had arguably the toughest draw so far.

Believe it or not, some Bulldogs fans think Ennis should make way for the likes of Joel Romelo... Yep
Ennis would have to be my least favourite player in the comp but anyone who doesnt think he's one of the top 4 or 5 hookers around is an idiot

I'm more aggrieved that more of the calls didn't go our way in the first half when they should have, as that was the only time we had any ascendancy, maybe we could've scored more than 1 try

But in the end Bunnies were the better team and deserved the win
