The very definition of we don't got this
is "Bulldogs deserve to be favorites" the new way of acknowledging your team is going to get flogged?
Dogs 13+, been competitive against stronger teams with quality players missing, meanwhile souffs were involved in a game of touch footy last Sunday
puhhhleeassse, how much can I put on 13+??
The more I think about this game the more I think we'll just smash Souths.... I mean, sure they have Reynolds, but we also have a Reynolds.... and they have the hopeless Sutton but we have the hopeless Kris Keating! The have the violent "blackeye" Inglis, but we have the "speedy pokie-man" Barba.... etc etc... it will be a great game but Dogs will want it more. Souths have been cruising and are about to meet a determined Dogs team with a couple of key players back in the line up.
In conclusion: Canterbury will win quite comfortably, Dogs 32-12.
Lol @ putting Keating and Sutton on anywhere near the same level this season.
Sutton has been one of the form players of the competition. Keating is dog shit.
How dare you! Keating is magic in a little ginger bottle. ;-)
Sutton is and will always be an average player, simply doesn't have the smarts for finals footy. Same with Keating. Let's be honest here Souths fans, they're both average at best but still do play well enough in the team.
Have you seen us play this season?
Sutton was MOTM against the Sharks, and should have been Channel 9 MOTM against the Panthers. He was immense.
He was also the George Piggins Medal winner last season, best player as selected by his peers.
Since Maguire came to Souths, Johnny Sutton has been far from average. He's a consistently good footballer.
I didn't see the Panthers game but have watched all the other games. I'll admit he's playing better under Maguire and this season - but I still don't rate his decision making (same as Keating). It's obvious Reynolds controls the game more and has a bigger influence than Sutton. You saw that in that semi where we knocked you out..... remember?! ;-)
Decision making becomes a lot easier when you have Inglis sweeping around outside you ;-)
No doubt at all that Reynolds controls the game more, but that's not John's role. He's a running five-eighth that opens up holes for Inglis and Merritt outside of him.
Let's not talk about that night!
