Well that was a disappointing performance.
Going need to be about 26 and half times better next week.

Tigers are getting demolished with injuries.

How many players do the Tigers have injured and out? It'll be a tough week next week for you guys.

Tuqiri
Koroibete
Marshall
Anasta
Lawrence
Ayshford
Moltzen
Bell

That's just the regular first graders out, add in the likes of Gavet who are on the fringe and it's pretty ugly, especially 7 rounds into the season.

Bad news....

...but good news for us next week. So every cloud and all that.

Broncos should have hammered them with the injuries. Despite the injuries, I thought Wests played well. Bulldogs will want to hope they win tomorrow and next week otherwise they'll be quite the laughing stock.

Tigers really out-enthused the Broncos in the second half. Brisbane really should have put the Tigers to the sword but content to go side to side and eventually gave up the ruck where the likes of Woods, Farah, Sue and Pettybourne took.

Shame, because that opening 20 or so was pretty slick from the Broncos. Showed some good confidence with the ball and looked very strong with their structures. Granted, the Tigers defence flattered them but as a fan it was good to see such a polished performance.

Then it turned to shit.

Too many players were trying to take soft options and instead of rolling their sleeves up were doing their best to hide and whinge. While it's good to see Sam finally fire up a bit as captain, it was embarrassing to see him waste that on the refs. Woods got to him and won their battle tonight.

Refs. sucked but that went both ways. Just hate the inflated penalty count, half those calls could have been ignored big time.

Not really concerned as a fan. Might need to retrace my history but from memory, the Tigers game has more often than not resulted in an unconvincing win. Boys are definitely going to have to lift next week but not about to write them off based on tonight's performance alone.

In the opening 20 you guys scored 3 tries which pretty much all went straight through Moltzen. I wouldn't read much from 1 game but it was a pretty damn poor performance from both sides.

Just don't know what to say, I've seen anything like this injury curse...

Whilst driving home 2GB said that we've already used up our second tier salary cap and if we bring anyone else up it will come off the salary cap next year or some shit...this is after 7 rounds FFS

The team really put in, as said the 1st 3 Brisbane tries were all directly due to Moltzen being a complete spastic in defence.

The season is already gone, Really it's about planning for next year. Just hope we can avoid the spoon and unearth a few talents...

Yeah the point I was making was that it was basically a mirage.

There were more issues to come out of that game than positives.

Hopefully that's one of those 'dusty' wins where the side works on those issues while enjoying the two points. On that performance alone, I would have thought it was 15th vs. 16th and only one team has an excuse.

Surely Aaron Woods plays SOO this year. Absolutely terrific young prop and another top game tonight

What an absolute shit of game.

Hodges and Woods were enormous for their respective teams. Other than that, nothing positive to say about that match.

f**king Broncos will somehow fall into the 8 with the worst team in their history. Yeah, I'm f**king jelly.

I had flash backs to some of those ABC Saturday arvo games between to the two bottom sides. It was a atrocious game in terms of skill level but their was plenty of effort from both sides. The Tigers will do well to avoid the spoon mainly due to the biggest injury toll in recent history, although I doubt they would have made the top 8 at full strength. As for the Bronks, they will be bottom of the 8 at very best, although tonight was one of those games you always thought they had a few more gears to use if needed

The reactions of Saints and Tigers fans in the immediate aftermath of the Moltzen affair get more lol-worthy with each game he plays.

To be fair we didn't look much better against them, sometimes you get dragged down to that level. Still not convinced by your halves, it feels like your attack is just getting stifled. Norman did impress though.
