We've won 1 of the last 9 against the Tigers and 2 of the last 11 against Manly and Nth Qld.

Well there you go. Just thought we had done better than that against the tigers. It used to be that we just wouldn't commit to shutting benji down

Anyway, great win. Have to admit, I kind of admire the Raiders. Every now and they they pull a terrific victory out of nowhere (plus they regularly beat 2 teams I despise). Also.... love watching Campo in full flight, TLL in search & destroy mode and the guts and determination of Croker.

3 years straight down where Melbourne got the rub of the green every game. Fantastic effort from the raiders

Ive always admired them
They usually play tough, they get screwed by refs relentlessly, gotta love the underdog.....just dunno how they attract so many f**kwit fans, its unbelievable
You need a degree in embicilism & moronicism to get a raiders membership

My knowledge of the rules is far better than probably anyone on this forum, and clearly better than a lot of the refs.

No it's not. You're just a whinging merkin who thinks every ref hates whichever team you're going for

Okay...so my two cents.

Blake Ferguson absolutely killed Justin O'Neill and had a great game. The Raiders slowed the ruck expertly and their big guys took it to Storm with Brett White leading from the front.

As for Storm...why were Finch and Blair named on the bench ?. What was Bellamy thinking leaving it to Ryles and Moors to come off the bench and this was a deciding factor.

Widdop looked off his game...slow and unfit and his last option in kicking for the wing was a set play but badly executed to try and win a game. I really don't think that Widdop is the same standard of Slater, Cronk and co and may struggle at the Dragons.

As for the refs..I could so a Skeepe on them but not worth it as those plebs are sub standard anyway.

I love it when someone tries to call others imbeciles and then can't spell the word. If you're going to call people dumb, make sure you're smarter than them. :D

The general tone of the articles in the DT about this game are that the Storm were dudded by the refs and that's why the Raiders won.... seriously? Slater gets awarded a try that would have been denied 999 times out of 1,000 and its the Storm who got the rough end of the pineapple? Unbelievable.

That was a great win. No Shillo, no Papalii, no Croker, TLL and Picker out injured for the majority of the match... a real gutsy performance. Now to back it up next week.

And Buttriss played 40 minutes with a bone sticking out of his middle finger. Ouch.

I thought Joel Edwards had a pretty good game as an aside. Good to see him bounce back from that complete shocker last week.

Skeepe mate I don't normally blow up about the refs but these two were poor...both sides were killing the ball and up offside when defending and it seemed that Storm got the rough end of it.

Or the 18 penalties it took to get Melbourne over for their first try. Or the phantom Raiders knock-on that led to the Storm's 3rd try.

The Storm have no claim to being hard-done-by.

Knights are shocking in Canberra aren't they? Raiders players should be shot if they lose next week

36-6 last year and 22-12 the year before. I'm sure a number of fans don't have many worries.

But hey, one impressive win makes a team great, doesn't it? You should know all about that
