How and why is he in the Wallabies team?

He's been a mainstay in the first 2 Wallabies games, and I can not possibly see why. I've never even see him do anything good in the Super 14, didn't he struggle to make the Waratahs team at the start of the year?

This should be the backline:

9. Genia
10. Cooper
11. Mitchell
12. Giteau
13. Ioane
14. Hynes
15. O'Conner

And I'm not just saying this because I'm bias, I'm sure a lot of other people think the same thing.

Chronic hamstring problems have limited his rugby - that is why he was not in the Waratahs as much as you might expect.

He deserves his place and is clearly a long-term prospect. Ashley-Cooper should be the fullback. Lachie Turner could easily push Ioane or Hynes for the other wing spot and Beale is a great option from the bench.

If only we had this depth in the forwards.

I'm sure Horne will be a good player but at the moment I just don't think he's up to it. With the inside backs that we have at the moment (Cooper, Giteau), that are both small, at outside centre we need a strong ball runner, and I just don't think Horne fits that bill.

In my eyes, Turner is pretty average. Sure, he scores a good try now and then, but most of the stuff he does is not good. Hynes had a great season last year for the Wallabies, good Super 14 season and I can't see why he's not in there now.

Not really a fan of Ashley-Cooper, O'Conner is a much better option in my opinion. He's got all the skills, and with another full season of Super 14 under his belt this year, he'll be in much better shape to take on NZ and SA then he was last year. But in saying that I don't really mind either way.

Horne though, isn't the man for #13.

Nope O'Connor's an ordinary fullback. AC or Hynes should be fullback.

Horne, not good enough. Except now Ioane is injured, get Ashley-Cooper at outside.

Horne is a good young player but he has a lot of growing to do.
