Had to laugh at the comments that the refs really won the game for Souths. I guess Vidot dropping two balls for a 12pt turn around, Hodges couldn't catch a ball when put in the clear, etc...but hey who cares.
thought the Broncos never gave up. They were strong in the 2nd half when the commentators kept saying Souths were tired and slow, give the Broncos credit for their effort I say.
The basic difference between the sides was class - Souths had Sam and GI who really showed their class tonight. Broncos had Parker who never stopped trying. Hodges is past it tbh, misses tackles, drops balls but at least he too, never gave up. Sad about Hoffmann's injury but ffs why did he have to walk/carried off, they have a medicab, use it.
Some great online defence by Souths. Te'o is a bit psycho lately. Not sure about the crusher tackle against McQueen, it didn't look much at all, similar to the Starling one last week, don't think he has a worry.
