Meh we were hardly ripped off. There were lots of bad calls both ways and it's hard to complain when you play like that. That call stands out because of when it happened but it's no different to all the other sh*t calls in the match.

I'd be more worried about how we played than what the refs were up to.

If the call went the other way to finish the game you (along with everyone else) would be crying bloody murder.

cudos to you for seeing it with a level head

I enjoyed that game. Very entertaining. Taylor had a crazy second half, must've heard about Meninga still considering him for Origin. Speaking of, Slater was terrible. Got owned twice failing to catch bombs that lead to tries and fell of tackles. Surely it's time for Inglis to get given his spot for the Maroons and Billy on the Wing?

Problem is Slater is garbage on the wing and Inglis was once the best center in the game. They also probably don't want to change a winning formula. Personally i think Inglis has been awful at center for QLD and probably should be promoted to the fullback spot (if he is the best you pick him there end of imo). Would be good for the storm as well. It's SOO anyway so who cares.

Plodding effort from the storm today, they would have been thrashed 10 lengths by the mighty Wazn on that sort of form.

I thought he had a pretty good game all round. Some nice runs, definitely went looking for hitups late in the second half. Needs to get his errors down though.

We were deadset robbed by a bs call in round 26 last year against the Storm, in the dying stages of that game. It deadset cost us a possible spot in the 8. People sure forget these things quickly. I guess now we're even.

Bad performance so no need complaining about 1 call in a game with so many to both sides.
Slater, Waqa and Chambers down on form a bit.
The steel defense is lacking ATM.

Storm were average today...Smith did everything to get the forward pack going but the likes of Norrie, Hinchcliffe and Bromwich to an extent were MIA.

Chambers ran poor lines as well.

The Titans offloads were awesome...they played at pace and killed Storm out wide.

Yeah true that. GI just seems to offer a lot more than Billy has. Mind you on a good day Billy can carve up just haven't seen it at Origin level for a while and GI is too quiet out at Centre like you say.

Finally Carty realises his team has pace. I suggested this a lot of times that Titans should focus on offloading and getting one of the speedsters Flash, Mead, Tighe and Kelly around the ball so they have more broken field plays and use the width of the field more often. They underutilise their backs in terms of pace.

Their defence is looking unusually poor. Fourth worst so far this season. Little doubt the change in the ruck is helping bring them back to the pack and giving teams more time to use the ball in attack.

I thought Young Tonumaipea was great for Melbourne.
Dunno why Taylor is getting massive wraps, Greg Bird was the difference I thought. He didn't show much class giving it to Cronk after the game though but his offloads we're brilliant and Cartwrights plan to breakup Storms line with second phase worked well for them.

Bird has been close to the best player in the comp so far this season I reckon.
