Sometimes I wonder how the f**k Williams played Origin.

It baffles me he can be so shit yet have so much "potential"

Good stuff Roosters. Vintage Freddy, as bad as the Stagg pass was, no other Rooster could have done that try justice than Freddy.

Good signs from Napa, Evans, Reuben, Pearce & Friend as well. Roosters still have plenty of fuel left in their tank heading into Season 2014.

Brisbane on the other hand look like headless Chooks. Their one try came off the back of a captain's knock from Parker who made a call, stuck with it and it paid dividends. He inspired them to make a comeback in that game, but they don't seem to have any ideas and seem skinny on backline options. When Copley + Mills is the best you've got, you're going to struggle.

The use of Barba has been pretty poor too, long lofty passes which cuts his time and prevents him from using his agility and acceleration. Don't know what that says about Season 2014, but as far as the 9s is concerned, they're not looking very likely.

In my day we didn't have sour grapes, we had pumpkins hollowed out with hornets inside them.

One of the greatest players of all-time, a character loved by most, comes back in the 9s after 10 years out and plays very well, capping it off with a trademark intercept try.

How can you not love that? Unless you're a massively butthurt merkin.
