Refs absolutely wetting their pants with excitement trying to find a way to gift this match to the Broncos. They succeeded.

They didn't need to look too far to be honest, the precedent was set with the accidental contact to the head earlier in the game and they failed to award the penalty to Brisbane in the play leading up to the eventual penalty when accidental contact was made to McCullough's head

I was mainly taking the piss last night, being at the game and just having some fun. However I just watched the replay and FMD we copped the raw deal. The winning penalty was a farce, the ball was well behind the winger when Richards tackled him and it had been cleaned up by a tiger. The strip penalty which got the broncos downfield and allowed them to score the try to level was a plain dropped ball.

The tigers still had their chances to win but without the refs help there's no way the broncos win IMO

i am a broncs fan so you may just claim bias
but when have you ever been allowed to tackle someone who dosn't have the ball ?

i only got to catch the highlights so you may be right for the other 79 minutes but that penalty was legit

no football in the hands dont tackle him
taught at u/5s everywhere in the world that plays rugby league
what makes tigers so special ?
