Expecting a fair game is whining now is it?

f**king dipshit Sea Eagles supporters can't even admit when their team has been gifted a win on a silver platter. That was an embarrassing performance from the ref's, and anyone thinking it's up to standard doesn't deserve the time of day.

I don't support either team. But I do hate seeing teams denied a fair chance. it's a sad look for the game, as are people like yourself being complete tossers.

Manly are a good side and all but I wouldn't be awarding the premiership to them just yet. They got some help tonight and their opposition was pretty poor.

They are one of the sides that is in serious contention, but that's all.

Yes Manly got the rub early. Penalty count at the end was 10 to 6 in favour of Tigers by the way.

As a Manly supporter, yes Hayne had a shocker! But ALL teams at one point or another in every reason are going to get hard done by. Tigers didn't get on with it. I felt for them early but; they had their changes and couldn't compete, Manly are seasoned. Hate us or not, you gotta respect us. It's great to be a Manly fan, has been for more then a decade now.

Tigers were outplayed for the last 75mins of the match. Sure, it should have been a try but to carry on about it for the rest of the game is so sad. The supporters on this forum couldnt move past it and the team reciprocated that on the field. Good teams would recover and return to playing the game harder, like Manly, Easts and Melbourne do when they get a wrong call go against them. If the game was won by less than 12 pts, you might of had an argument. But to go on and get destroyed by 32 pts, youve just got a case on for n against, not the 2 comp points. Outdone all over the park for 90% of the match is the reason the tiggers lost. In saying that though, Hayne is the worst referee in the game right now. Needs to control his ego and stop getting on the crowd bandwagon. If he refs another final, ill lose the plot.

Cherry-Evans regathers from a chip and chase after pushing a defender out of the way, no penalty, manly score next play

Cherry-evans trips Mitch Moses, no penalty, manly score next set

Sue offloads backwards, hits a manly players foot, sue picks it back up, knock on

Stewart tackles Sironen in mid air, manly get the line drop out, score next set


Every single try was from blatant ref fuxk ups, it's beyond a joke, a team like manly don't need extra help against an injury ridiculed tigers. Hayne needs to be fcked off completely. Chances are manly always win and win well, but he made it not a contest after 25mins and ruined it for everyone

But to say every try was because of a ref f93k up is weaker than the tigers defence was tonight. Hayne is inept. Everyone knows it (especially manly supporters!) But you have to take alot of accountability like Farah did in the press conference. Much better side won.

That's rubbish. You hate Manly. It has come up time and time again. That by default alone makes you support the other team.

They never were going to win that game. First try or not. And in the end they had all the ball in the second half and still got beat 18-8.

Hayne is the worst ref in the competition. And Manly have been on the end of some real rubbish from him too. But in the end it wasn't all his fault on that one no try call. He specifically asked the touchie and he said short. Hayne was in the best position to call it too.

Mate I challenge you to find one post of a tigers fan saying the ref cost us the game. I think we got hammered in the first half and manly were given way more opportunities to score, however all their tries (despite how they got the ball) were legit and good play.

Manly are the bench mark team and wests at full strength are a mid range team. The difference in going up 4/6-0 after 3 minutes to being down 10-0 after 7 is beyond massive for a young team. It would be great to say we're good enough to cope with bad calls and still win but we aren't at that level. That's not the refs or manlys fault it's ours. However you like to think that in this day and age absolute howlers like the nofo no try are things that no team should have to contend with.

I apologise. Had a few under the belt last night... And I understand and mostly agree. There are blatant wrong calls every game but there were a lot more than usual last night. Hayne is arrogant, egotistical and completely incompetent. The young tiggers need to learn to cope better with these setbacks and learn how to defend a try line if they wanna contend with the top teams...

If we were a competent footy side then we'd be hearing a lot more about Hayne's performance. Just because the right team won, he shouldn't avoid criticism for his pitiful performance.

Two points to consider here:

1. We keep hearing about what an atrocity it was that a legit try got denied and that it is unprecedented. Is this really any worse than a legit no-try being awarded? Every team has had to contend with that at some stage.

2. Everyone keeps complaining that refs go upstairs for every try and refuse to make calls on the run. Hayne made a call on the run, checked with the touchie in doing so and no is being lambasted for making the wrong call. Refs make wrong calls, many in try scoring situations every week. It's pathetic that the try wasn't awarded but either we want calls made by on-field officials or we don't. It's that simple.
