Nothing special from Manly but given both the Stewart brothers were out it was a great win. Their experienced players, like Lyon, Matai, Foran, Cherry-Evans, King all stepped up, while younger forwards like Sene-Lafeo and Lui were very solid too. Though the defence was great by both, and the attack from both was average, Manly just had too much class across the park and at times Souths didn't know how to contain them on the edges. A bit of a reality check for the Rabbits I think too, and I don't expect them to lose another game for a while, I think Madge will get right up them and they will respond with a big performance next week.
