Haha go the arm wrap. No-one gets hurt when an arm is flailed to the side.

Of course not! An arm near the player means there's absolutely no chance of brain damage! What a joke of a rule the shoulder charge ban is.

Nice win to get our '14 campaign rolling..

The boogie monster checks under his bed each night for JWH..

Our first 2 games this year have been very similar to last year..

Well I said it before the season started that I thought Parramatta's fowards might struggle and, to me, that is where the Roosters won the game last night. JWH, Moa, Napa, Evans and Cordner all gained more than 100 metres each with their running last night. Had Guerra gotten another 9 metres that would have made 6 forwards getting 100 metres or more.

Once the Roosters forwards got on a roll, that gave plenty of time to Mitchell Pearce to go to work. Probably one of the best games he has played at halfback.

Parra? I feel for their fans. Some of the Parra players fought hard last night, Mannah and Hayne in particular. Compared to last year I thought Parra did look better than 2013 even if the losing margin was greater than last year's corresponding game.

Being at the ground that bombed try on half time really deflated Parramatta. I wonder what would have happened had they gone in down 14-10 with the momentum. But that chance really hurt them.

Thought Roosters could've played better and put at least 70 on them.

Couldn't be happier for Mini to have gotten a hatrick.

Parra were unlucky we got f**ked up round 1 and we were hungry and they were the ones who copped it.

Parra's defence is woeful if they don't work on it they'll be the first team to be wooden spooners 3 times in a row.

One complaint that stadium was damn near empty roosters need to find a stadium closer to bondi that's a bit smaller to cause that was a pathetic crowd.

Mate they are not moving to another stadium. The SFS is home. No other stadiumns "closer to Bondi" is anywhere near up to NRL standard. Also more of our fans don't live in the eastern suburbs than do. Our membership department could tell you that.

Chuck in the storm which knocked out all trains from west of Lidcombe just prior to 5.00 pm on the day for more than an hour, 13k was decent in the circumstances. I know cause I was caught by it.
