Are the refs just screwing up and not blowing time off im the last 5 minutes? I've seen them not do it for scrums, now after tries or is it only in like 2 circumstances?

Nvm Just checked the wording, only after kicks at goal will time be stopped. Really should change it to any stoppage in play, as it is, it only makes the defensive team not have to rush up to take kick restart which they used to do at the end anyway. Still plenty of time wasted between a try and a conversion in those final minutes.
