panthers have some good young players, would like to see them get a go.

Soward has been in great form for us and his kicking has kept us in and won games. John hasnt done shit this year. Sowie is a match winner. Doing it behind a small pack aswell.

Panthers best halves are the two who played tonight... And outplayed Origin hopefuls Kelly and Sezer. The only downside is Pearce has no one taking his jersey from him.

kelly & sezar origin, don't make me laugh. can't beleive sezar's name was even put up for origin.

if panthers played a half decent side they would have lost easily tonight. what i remember last year john played some really good footy & has impressed me more in attack. if moylan has a bad game like tonight then it seems the panthers have nothing in attack & that's on the halfs.

hopefully the panthers halfs step up & their attack gets better but if that doesn't happen in the next few weeks i would be making changes.

To be frank,for a pair of teams that are in a rebuilding phase,they are not doing so badly.

Once the Panther new players have a season or two with the company that they are keeping,the better they will get.

This year I don't expect Penrith or for that matter,Gold Coast to to do much cage rattling in the finals if they do get there.

But it will stand as good valuable experience if they do.

Good times ahead for both clubs.

have to disagree about moylan. imo he has been penriths best since coming into the side. good under the high ball, cleaning up at the back & their best attacking weapon. probably been your best ball player, sweeping around the back.

imo penrith need some better forwards, another good winger, centre & better ball playing from the halfs. maybe try john or jennings at centre & dwz or the fijian kid on the wing.

i really liked the look of jennings in the 9's. & is cartwrights son playing reserve grade? he looks to have potential.
