See because the refs in their infinite wisdom have decided that committing a voluntary tackle (otherwise known as a penalty offence) negates committing an obstruction.

Coaches should instruct players who get thrown a forward pass to just drop to the ground and claim that they didn't get an advantage so it doesn't count
