It seems to be the same story for the Broncos every week though. Reed is useless and Hoffman simply doesn't belong in the halves. On the plus side I think Barba had some really good touches tonight.

Well deserved win, Cowboys.

They didn't offer the Broncos too many opportunities tonight and their forward pack was outstanding tonight.

Brisbane showed some ticker to fight back but came up with too many critical errors at crucial times. I thought their defence lacked intent and their attitude was poor through out the night.

Will be interesting to see how they respond. I believe at a negative record, they need to continue making changes to their forward pack and really look at fixing their backline.

The Cowboys should be better for the run tonight and will give the Chooks a run for their money next week.

MCullough looks like an average 80 minute player, but a good 50 minute player.

Our forwards look like average toilers.

Parker, Gillett and Hodges look like superstars in a team without a clear game plan.

Griffin does his best Wayne Bennet impersonation during interviews, but his tactics and team selections look more like something my mother-in-law may dream up.

After just nine rounds, this season is gone. Let's hope its either Bennett or Bellamy next year.
