Imagine if the Titans were at full strength.
Or if the ref ruled on the forward pass early on instead of binning Ryan James.

Or if he played on as he said initially for the late tackle on Moses that was not even a hundredth of a second aftee the kick.

Better team lost. Sadly for Titans I can see a lot of those sorts of losses. They don't count for much.

There were a shitload of forward passes in that game that were not called. Just as many for the Tits as for WT. Around as many as Johnson threw in the previous game. Roughly.
The Tiges continually shot themselves in the foot, and the tits were awarded multiple repeat sets to score their early tries. Actually most of either side's tries were on the back of at least one whistle.
Both sides were dudded by calls. The Tiges didn't get any real advantage in the rub of the green stakes.
The play the ball with the foot has died in season 2015, it is carte blanch to just lift your foot and roll it through in all games this season.
Moses' tackle was reflex. Tits player stepped in opposite direction and it was a reflex arm stuck out. Ugly, will probably get a couple of weeks, but it was reflex. If tits player doesn't change direction, standard tackle, no issue. Of course it's not the tits players fault . . . but it wasn't a line him up and knock his head off tackle.

Anyway, a win is a win. When the doggies won a handful of games last year by a point or two, they were genius. We won't hand the 2 points back, and I don't think any of you guys would either.

That was always going to be a danger game for the Tigers.

Sure they weren't great but there's a tonne of improvement in them im sure.

Valuable 2 points that I hope carries them into the 8 at the end of the year

The crucial try-saving tackle on Ryan James was made by a player who should not have been on the field. Gavin Badger has a lot of responsibility for this result.

Lol. Another year and the same f**king deluded Skeepe

Goddammit Titans!!! Totally screwed me out of a $190 multi tonight ($10 on Parra-Newcastle-GC-Sydney head-to-heads), and I even had to bet against my beloved Warriors in the process which is always hard!

So many chances in that final 5 minutes to seal the game! Oh well, stupid gambling hah!

Titans lose by 1 after a bullshit try and goal to Pat Richards and a bullshit penalty goal to Pat Richards.

Rub salt in the wound that the field goal is by the same guy. Damn he can kick though.

What about the try to the titans to square it up at 18 all, came from a strip penalty that was clearly a dropped ball, stop tiger hating and worry about the dogs.

Titans played well considering.

Happy to jag that win. I think the Tigers are a team that will drag teams into scrappy games. Will have close results against good and bad sides. Lodge is a find.

The strip was terrible

Plus the titans got the ball after a taupau pass was knocked down and not called

Thought the refereeing was terrible for both sides. Wildly inconsistent. Pulled up 3 tigers forward passes in the first half. 1 was forward, other 2 back. Titans had a ridiculous forward pass missed the play before the 1st try. Also thought the pass from Lovett to tedesco before the James sin bin was forward.

Terrible quality game. Both teams tried but horribly scrappy. Neither will challenge the top teams.

Lol the absolute butthurt in this thread is hilarious, didn't realise there was so much tigers hate!

Yeah we played like shit, yeah we won't figure for the 8 this year but after the years we've had we're sure sure as hell due a bit of luck. I'll take a win anyway I can.
