If you can ground it with your bicep, you can ground it with your bicep

Don't listen to that idiot. Bicep is sufficient. The problem was it was short of the line, you can't roll it on the ground.

George burgess was awarded a try doing exactly that in round 2 if I remember correctly

You can't score with your biceps if the ball started out in your hands. It only counts if diving on a lose ball.

If you have it in your hand and it ends up grounded with your bicep you lost control

If he first touched it down on the line then it would be fine, but IMO if he was short and the slide/roll of the ball under the bicep took it over the line then it's a knock on.

If a player did that on halfway he'd be pulled up for a knock on, for example
