Well, played like we'd met each other an hour ago and still only lost by 4 against the apparent 2015 Premiers.

Your comment adds to my joy.
You could say the same for us, and we were missing our two starting props and arguably our best back.Well, played like we'd met each other an hour ago and still only lost by 4 against the apparent 2015 Premiers.
off to bed now mate, you've got school in the morning
The scoreline did not reflect the Roosters dominance in that game. And they were way under strength. The dragons goal line defence was good, that's about It. I think the slide has begun for them.
And yet the Dragons were a long, long, long way from their best. Hmmm....
Don't know why Dragons fans are shoveling so much shit on their side. I thought both teams pretty well.
Sure, the attack for each team seemed a bit patchy, but that was largely due to both defensive lines being lightning quick all night. The few times that either side were able to actually beat the up and in defence we saw a couple sweet tries (SKD's 2nd, and the Widdop try).
RTS getting out of the ingoal was the match winning clutch play. Dragons had all the momentum, had a good set, put in a perfect kick and had Roger trapped for all money. If they'd caught him I have no doubt they win the game. Going to miss that guy next season, there is no getting round it
There's a reason for that. They just weren't allowed to play very well by a better team that dominated them in the ruck. Only poor finishing by the Roosters and strong goal line defence from the Dragons stopped that game being a big blowout to the Roosters.
Dragons have way over achieved to get where they are in my opinion. They've done well but I think other teams have worked them out now and the slide has begun.
