I haven't posted in ages. But f**k the Panthers have gone backwards in a hurry. What a bunch of hacks. Cleary is a hugely overrated coach despite the fluke year last year. At the start of the year the Panthers looked lazy, unfit and disorganized. Now they have been injured to shit, but no excuses even with a full squad they wouldn't really threaten the comp this year.

This is 2005 all over again. Tipped to be world beaters, but were shit.

When it was too late they came good.

As fans of the Panthers, where do you think he fits? Surely he needs a permanent starting spot. Great game from him in a poor side.

He needs to have a non-structured roving role.just let him hover around like a lock forward and let him bide his time until he needs the ball.

Anyway, with the cattle he has,Cleary did what he could.

And yet another injury...to Seggy.

When the Dogs lost Reynolds Penrith looked like they were attacking against 12 players. They could not string two decent passes together, which partly caused such a slow and predictable attack. Their only hope of scoring a try was a young backrower, albeit a very good one.

Good = defence, Rona, Origin boys backing up. Klemmer is immense.

Bad = still looked a bit inept inside the Penrith 20m at times. Still players to come back though.
