Correct call on the drop from mannering. Lost control before he hit the ground.

Gubb was grubby all game. Warriors love having Manu and Kony back. Malaumo also helps make some early metres.

First 20 minutes defence won it for the sharks.

Much like the one with the Kata contest in the first half. I really dislike the rule with what the ref sends it up as having such an impact. As if they have any idea at all half of the time.

That scrum then at the end....EVERY SCRUM should be like that...

EVERYONE HAS TO BIND PROPERLY AND EVERYONE HAS TO "ENGAGE" UNTIL THE BALL COMES OUT..

Didn't see the game - why did they get 1 right?

Bad luck warriors. Sounds like a good game - hope you can jag 3 wins & sneak into the 8.

Oh I hate it too. When it's a 50/50 call live, the ref has to make a guess. BOD was better

I'm completely happy with that no try ruling.

It was a union try

Thought we were the better side apart from the halves pretty easily tbh. Smashed the Sharks up pretty good- surprised to see comments in this thread saying otherwise.

Total absence of any attacking structure due to not having anyone calling the shots is just that hard to overcome.

Our forwards were great going up and down the field, but we were never going to have the composure/individual skills to score enough points the way we were playing. I think most of us could see the outcome from a mile off as the Sharks are a very gritty side.

When guys like Lisone/Vete/RFM/Gubb/Maumalo (when he's eventually moved to the pack) have the confidence to utilise their actual ball skills as well as charging up and down then we'll create a lot more options for ourselves, but it's unrealistic to expect that many young guys to play like seasoned pros straight up.

Overall I'm happy with the performance.

Great win Sharks. Some big boys in that Warriors team so missing both the Fifitas and Lewis was always going to make it tough.

At half time the sharks were offering 4.25! Lol best safety bet...EVER. don't know what the bookies were thinking with a 10 point lead. I had backed warriors then put in a balancing bet. Phew.

Not enough evidence to overturn it. If it was sent up as a try, it would have been given

100% correct decision. Rules state tackle is completed when the arm carrying the ball touches the ground. It also says that if the ball is lost after the tackle is completed it is a scrum. Doesn't mater if it goes back or forward.
