Yeah, the changes obviously needed to be made last year but the club were allowed to stick their heads in the sand because we managed to get a few late season wins at home against shit opposition to avoid the spoon.

There are no excuses now. I actually wish we had have got it last year so we'd be a year ahead in the needed rebuild.
