We always beat the Titans.

And the Tigers it seems even when the refs are against us like tonight

He's not an 80 minute player yet, but we don't have much of a choice unfortunately.

Fusitua came back in NSW Cup this week, Fish due next week hopefully. Tomkins the week after. Will be good to have options.

looking good for the warriors, even though he played well today i would replace wright first! kata should come good, lot of potential & played well for most of the match.

i thought lamaupe was back & playing reserve grade?

Scoreline was a fair reflection of the game. If Warriors continued their momentum from the first half it could've been a flogging but as it was they let the Tiges back into the game.

We've been overpowering teams all year (without showing much in attack) but tonight we well and truly met our match in the Warriors. Woods hasn't been dominated like that since his debut season. Farah was shithouse too. The less said about Brooks and Moses the better...

Laumape is a week to week thing, still not even sure if he will be back.

Wright will definitely be first to go. When Tomkins is back Lolohea will be either wing or centre no doubt.

Is that a pisstake? How were the refs against you? As the home team you got the rub of the green, though probably no more than in any other game. The better team won.

If you want to hear the worst of anything in commentary just employ Halligan.

Speaking of Halligan and his general crapness, is there a reason that most league commentators and players (and I presume the wider league community) always say 'come' when they should say 'came'. How did the past tense of this very common verb get so ignored?

This has bothered me since 1995.

"They come over here last week" etc.. makes me want to punch something.

Our forwards have been aiming up most of the year, but finally they weren't let down (well, not entirely) by our backs.

Problem with Brooks and Moses IMO is that they're two youngsters trying to feel their way into first grade at the same time. Aside from the opening try Farah has looked a little flat so far this season. Obviously he's not as explosive as he used to be, but he's become less of a playmaker and more a tradesman this season. Hopefully that doesn't last for you guys because your young halves need him to help them.

Thought Tapau was your best. Seemed to make it his mission to limit Manu's metres and for the most part he did an excellent job. The only times Manu really got free was when Tapau was too far infield to line him up.

I wander if Lolohea could play hooker. Think he's wasted on the wing

Likewise, and there's no doubt Fusitua if he can come back strong and improve his defense is a natural winger and extremely talented.

A lot will depend on Townsend as to the make up of our back line going forward. Rumours keep hanging around that the Sharks want him back. Hope the Warriors offer him something decent. They keep talking about still having marquee money available after signing RTS. There's no excuse not to offer Townsend a reasonable deal (certainly not marquee money though)

Havilli just hasn't pressed forward and Friend will surely retire this year. There's an opening at 14.

I hate when they f**k around with the syntax and say something like 'He's a very good runner is Simona'. I think Sterlo started it and it has since crossed to the channel 9 cricket commentary.

A 10-5 penalty count against, and 40% of possession, really lucky to only be 10 behind at the end.
As for the officials,Manu's 2 tries had huge question marks on them,as did Thompsons try,but the warriors were the better team, and well done Manu on getting the try scoring record at the warriors in your 200th game.

I've noticed tradesmen and similar types do this. My gf's brother - who knows better - reverts to "come" when in certain company.
