You are right should have been a penalty,but to the storm for passing off the ground after being tackled,if you are on the ground and a defender puts a hand on you that is a tackle.

Cronk looked at croker but held his position for a number of second. I don't like it, but those blocker plays have been allowed for a couple of years now.

Croker did try to run around, and just barrelled into Cronks back - that's why he was warned.
